Job description

Work on technology that drives global trade integrity and industrial automation with real, daily impact

Precision mass metrology and dynamic weighing systems are foundational to modern society. They enable industrial automation, support fair commercial billing, and give consumers and businesses confidence in the accuracy and safety of the products they use everyday. Before these complex measurement systems can enter the market, they must be tested, assessed, and certified against the reckognised industry standards. This is where NMi plays an important role.

You manage certification projects from initial application through to final approval, ensuring a clear and technically robust process.

The role combines project management, technical evaluation and hands-on testing. You collaborate with customers, test engineers, and internal specialists. Together you define test plans, review technical documentation, analyse test results, and carry out testing yourself, including at customer locations abroad.

You work in a field where high-precision technology and regulations continuously evolve. This creates a dynamic environment that requires both precision and adaptability, offering variety in how you apply your expertise.

What you’ll do

  • Manage multiple certification projects from start to finish, overseeing planning progress, scope, coordination

  • Define test plans, coordinate testing activities, and combine hands-on testing with technical review in close collaboration with test engineers
