Job description

Are you ready to work across multiple sites in the Netherlands and play a key role in maintaining high industry standards? If so, you are the Technical Compliance Auditor that we are looking for!
What are you going to do?
In this role, you will assess whether our clients’ packaging and filling equipment and processes comply with relevant quality requirements, with a specific focus on E-mark filling processes for packers. You will determine whether their equipment and quality systems meet the requirements of the Dutch Commodities Act (Warenwet). You will join a team of five E-mark specialists and one planner and receive on-the-job training during your onboarding period to get familiar with the audit processes. After this, you will independently perform audits, supported administratively and organizationally by your team.
You will be responsible for preparing reports that lead to preliminary and/or final recognition. To ensure thorough assessments, you will study documentation and conduct audits at various company sites across the Netherlands. Candidates with previous audit experience (e.g., QC Officer), a strong affinity with technology and/or weighing instruments, and the ability to communicate confidently and impartially with clients are particularly suited for this role. You must be able to explain clearly why their equipment and processes do or do not meet the applicable requirements. This position requires frequent travel within the Netherlands, visiting customers 2–3 times per week to perform on-site audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical audits of our customers equipment and processes, focusing on packaging and E-mark filling operations
Assess compliance with the Dutch Commodities Act (Warenwet) and related quality standards
Review and evaluate client quality systems and documentation
Prepare clear and accurate audit reports that contribute to preliminary and/ or final recognition
Conduct on-site audits at various company location in The Netherlands, engaging with customers confidently, explaining audit findings
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative and organisational support for audits
Stay up to date with legislation, standards, and best practices in process auditing
Job requirements
What do we expect from you?
Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/ quality management education
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess compliance against technical and operation regulations
Previous audit experience (e.g. QC Officer) and/or affinity with technology or weighing instruments
Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English
Willingness to travel within The Netherlands 2-3 times per week
Ability to communicate confidently and impartially with customers
Proactive, accurate, and passionate about technical quality and regulatory compliance
