If so, you are the Customer Service Representative that we are looking for!

What are you going to do?

As Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey. You proactively contact customers, fully understand their needs, prepare tailor-made quotations, validate confirmed orders, and remain involved throughout the entire process until projects are successfully completed. You take ownership of the full customer journey, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently while supporting the Account Manager in achieving Order Intake and sales targets.

 

In this role, you maintain continuous communication with customers and internal stakeholders, including Account Managers, Technical Experts, Team Leaders, and Certification Engineers. You coordinate activities, ensure accurate project descriptions and pricing, maintain up-to-date records in the CRM, and contribute to operational market research or communication activities as needed. Your proactive, service-oriented approach ensures that customers feel supported and confident throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, from enquiry to project completion

  • Provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team (quotations, order processing, documentation and customer follow-up)

  • Maintain continuous communication with customers, addressing questions and aligning expectations

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

  • Support achievement of order intake and sales targets, account planning, and relationship management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system

  • Conduct minor market research and operational marketing/ communication activities to support the team

  • Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Job requirements

 What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field

  • 3-5 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally in a technical or service-oriented environment

  • Proactive and customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership over the end-to-end customer journey

  • Experience in building sustainable relationships with customers and prospects

  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one other language (Dutch preferred)

  • Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

  • Accurate and detail-oriented in data management, maintaining up-to-date CRM/ ERP records

  • Experience with HubSpot and Exact Online is highly desirable
