What are you going to do?

As an NMi Marketing Specialist, you play a pivotal role in implementing our strategic marketing plans, optimizing the customer journey and executing data-driven experiments for measurable growth. Collaborating with sales, innovations and technical experts, you will deliver both short-term results and long-term sustainable growth, helping to execute our buy-and-build strategy. You are responsible for content and campaign management, data analysis and reporting as well as marketing automation. You help manage our websites and social media, whilst gathering customer feedback to implement continuous improvement. Reporting to our Head of Marketing you, you will help implement our marketing strategy, supporting NMi’s mission to measure today for a sustainable future.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an action-orientated Marketing Specialist with a get-things-done attitude with proven experience in growth marketing within a fast-paced environment. In addition, you have/ are:

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in engineering or professional services
• Content and campaign management skills and experience with digital marketing and SEO
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Native English communication and copywriting proficiency, Dutch native communication skills desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office, WordPress, and Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot
• Competence with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
