What are you going to do?

As HR Officer you play a vital role in supporting the HR Business Partner on all HR core processes. You maintain employee records, process contract changes and manage pension and benefits administration. You play a role in the monthly salary payments, processing changes in close collaboration with our payroll team, ensuring staff get paid correctly. Also the monitoring of staff performance and attendance are part of your duties, as well as supporting the recruitment and onboarding process of potential and new colleagues. Exciting projects are scheduled for the coming year where you will have the opportunity to play an important supporting role to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Employee engagement, onboarding, HR optimalisation and digitalization are only a few focus points in the pipeline. Furthermore you have a pivotal role in the internal communication of all HR developments and the opportunity to take part in organizing internal events.


This is very much a hands-on role and an opportunity to gain broad experience in People & Culture. Together with the HR Business Partner you are the driving force in the further optimization of our HR core processes within the NMi Delft office. Due to the international aspect of our company a lot of our internal communication is in English. However great communication skills in Dutch is just as important. You are precise, curious by nature, eager to learn and your go-getter attitude will ensure that you get the job done.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • You have an HBO degree in HR or equivalent;
  • You have 1-3 years relevant working experience;
  • You are a great communicator in both Dutch and English;
  • If you have experience with AFAS HRM-software, that’s considered a bonus. If not, you are willing to learn;
  • You are accurate, take initiative, are curious and eager to learn. You have a hands-on mentality and go-getter attitude.
