What are you going to do?
As Manager Innovations Electrification you create and drive new services and innovations that strongly identify with the NMi Group DNA ensuring their implementation and success. You generate innovative ideas that align with NMi’s strategy regarding Electrification and Smart Mobility, building business cases and creating market insight. Together with the innovations team, potential innovations are prioritized, where you drive development by allocating resources, budget and team. You keep stakeholders within the organisation, including senior management and employees, updated on the progress of innovation projects, providing reports on key milestones and outcomes.
Part of your role is to actively seek collaborations with external organisations, industry partners, authorities, stakeholders and working groups to enhance your innovation capabilities. You promote innovations both within and outside the organisation, through webinars, training sessions and events.
You lead the Innovations Team to be successful in the development of their Innovation specialties, acting as their technical reference within the organisation. You monitor their performance, gather feedback and support them in their development, challenging them and helping them to make improvements as needed. You help to build and implement procedures for the innovations department to ensure the success of your team members and the innovations you develop together to drive electrification, playing your part in the Energy Transition.
Job requirements
What do we expect from you?
· Experience in the ATICC industry
· A relevant technical background enabling you to identify opportunities to develop new services and innovations with research experience
· Demonstrated experience initiating and driving new services and innovations
· Relevant experience with Buy and Build strategies and international business acumen
· Knowledge of different aspects of the Green deal
· An interest in Energy Transition, Metrology, Certification and Measurements
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Willingness to travel abroad
