What are you going to do?

As Market Access Business Development Director you drive new services and innovations that strongly identify with the NMi Group DNA ensuring their implementation and success. These new markets and innovations can be identified autonomously, via Mergers & Acquisitions and via existing alliances and partnerships. In this role you are in the driving seat for all innovations within NMi Certin in The Netherlands and for the NMi Group in Europe. You plan, build and foster long-term alliances with strategic partners such as ATICC players, partners, stakeholders, resellers, potential allies, as well as the NMi sales teams to drive order intake, strategic partnership frame contracts and business development. Using your expertise you shape these partnerships ensuring that their full potential for strategic advantage is harnessed.

You will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for these strategic alliances and stakeholders, continuously evaluating the effectiveness of these partnerships
  • Identify and explore partnership opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Drive innovations and new services within the NMi Group, prioritizing the innovations funnel and aligning all relevant stakeholders to drive the new services and opportunities forward
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies, searching for business opportunities in and out of NMi’s Group scope

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in the ATICC industry
  • A relevant technical background enabling you to identify opportunities to develop new services and innovations
  • Relevant experience executing Buy and Build strategies
  • Demonstrated experience initiating and driving new services and innovations
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and analytical prowess, particularly in contractual, technical and financial discussions
  • An interest in Energy Transition, Metrology and Measurements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
