What are you going to do?

As Sales Representative you play a vital role in our organisation. Together with your customer support colleagues your are responsible that their customer journey with NMi runs smoothly. You proactively contact customers, prepare quotations and insure the correct administration of the entire sales process. In this role it is vital that you not only are in frequent contact with customers, but also with other departments within NMi to ensure good coordination of activities. You conduct market research to stay informed of developments and spar frequently with the Account Manager to determine focus and opportunities. You maintain our CRM system to ensure that our customer information is always up to date. You understand the importance of building sustainable relationships with customers and identifying prospects who would benefit from NMi’s expertise.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant position;
  • Experience with data entry and data management;
  • Experience building sustainable relationships with customers and prospect;
  • You are a great communicator in English and at least one other language (Dutch is preferred);
  • You are customer focused, target driven and have excellent people skills.
